A Project Advisory Committee is providing the project governance.

Project Advisory Committee

The Project Advisory Committee meets every 2 months and includes members from The University of Western Australia, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and SilverChain.

The role of the Project Advisory Committee for the Ambulatory Care Project is to:

  • Adopt a coordinated and collaborative approach to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the 'Ambulatory Care Project'
  • Agree upon and monitor an implementation plan and timetable for implementation of the project
  • Contribute to and agree to priorities for development activities of the project
  • Guide the process of engagement to ensure it is inclusive and informed by key stakeholders
  • To bring knowledge and experience of ambulatory care and health professional education to the project
  • To guide project evaluation in consultation with all stakeholders, and to
  • Facilitate timely feedback of evaluation results to all stakeholders
