This course is specifically designed to equip dentists with the skills necessary to be employed as dental academics.

The structure of the course recognises that a full program of dental specialisation is not required by most dentists whose intention is to teach, and instead focuses on dental education, clinical dentistry, clinical oral pathology and research methodology.
