Domestic Applicants
As well as a formal application through the Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC) there may be some additional forms to be submitted as part of the application process to medicine and dentistry. Application requirements vary for different entry pathways. The information below should assist domestic students in determining what application forms need to be submitted for their category.
All Domestic Applicants
- All domestic applicants must apply for medicine (including bonded medicine (BMP)) and dentistry through TISC by 30 September 2009. TISC applications are currently open. No late applications will be accepted.
- Applicants wishing to apply for the Rural Quota must submit the Rural Eligibility form by 30 September 2009.
- Applicants wishing to apply for a Medical Rural Bonded Scholarship (MRBS) can obtain an expression of interest form at their interview for medicine.
Standard (School Leaver applicants)

- Applicants need to calculate a grade point average. Applicants must submit this calculation to the Faculty, along with academic transcripts, by 30 September 2009.
- Applicants will need to register online with the Faculty by 30 September 2009. The online registration form for university applicants can be accessed here.
