Domestic graduate applications to the DMD, DPM and MPharm

Domestic graduate applicants to the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), the Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and the Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) must apply through the UWA Future Students.    

Applications for the DMD, DPM and MPharm for 2018 entry will open from 1 March 2017.  DMD and MPharm applications will close 31 May 2017. DPM applications will close 30 September 2017.

Notes regarding 2017-18 DMD applications

Applicants are required to supply the following information with their application:

  • GAMSAT ID (two IDs if you sat the test in both 2016 and 2017)
  • All academic transcripts including honours and any postgraduate studies such as Graduate Diplomas, Masters or PhDs.  Your GPA will be calculated using the most recent three years of full time or equivalent study (see GPA page for further details).
  • The Broadway Pathway eligibility form (if applicable).  
  • The Rural Pathway eligibility form (if applicable).  

Please also note:

  • It is not necessary to complete the "Other Qualification Details" or the "Work Experience/Employment Details" as these are not relevant to your application.  The Faculty will not consider any information recorded in these sections as they do not form part of our strict selection process.
  • Applicants will not normally be able to defer an offer of a place to the following year.

Notes regarding 2017-18 DPM applications

When lodging your application, you are required to supply the following information:

  • GAMSAT ID (two IDs if you sat the test in both 2016 and 2017)  OR
  • The DPM Prerequisite checklist form (PDF or RTF) showing you have completed relevant units of study.
AND
  • All academic transcripts including honours and any postgraduate studies such as Graduate Diplomas, Masters or PhDs. Your GPA will be calculated using the most recent three years of full time or equivalent study (see GPA page for further details).

Please also note:

  • It is not necessary to complete  the "Other Qualification Details" or the "Work Experience/Employment Details" as these are not relevant to your application. The Faculty does not consider any information recorded in these sections as they do not form part of our strict selection process.
  • Applicants will not normally be able to defer an offer of a place to the following year.

Applicants are required to supply the following information with their application:

  • All academic transcripts including honours and any postgraduate studies such as Graduate Diplomas, Masters or PhDs. Your GPA will be calculated using the most recent three years of full time or equivalent study (see GPA page for further details).
  • Information to show that you have met, or are currently in the process of meeting, the subject pre-requisites for the MPharm (PDF or RTF prerequisite checklist form).

Please also note:

  • It is not necessary to complete  the "Other Qualification Details" or the "Work Experience/Employment Details" as these are not relevant to your application. The Faculty will not consider any information recorded in these sections as they do not form part of our strict selection process.
  • Applicants may be eligible to defer an offer of a place for one year.
