There is a Graduate Pathway available for International graduates for the Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM).  

Applicants apply for the DPM through the UWA Future Students. 2017 applications for 2018 entry will open from 1 March and will close 30 September 2017.

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM):

  • Commenced in 2013.


Approximately 5 places are available in 2017 for 2018 entry.

Application process:

  • Applications for the DPM are handled directly by the central Admissions team. 2017 applications for 2018 entry are will open 1 March and will close 30 September 2017.
  • In addition to the UWA Application form, there is also a Faculty Supplementary Form.  The Supplementary form needs to be attached to the application form and submitted by 30 September 2017. 


  • GAMSAT and/or MCAT results for the DPM (2017 applications for 2018 entry) are required to be submitted by 30 September 2017.
  • Applicants who will receive MCAT results slightly after the deadline should contact the Faculty for eligibility advice.

Final ranking:

  • Final ranking for the DPM is based on GPA.

Course offers:

  • Course offers are made from October onwards.


  • Students are not normally able to defer a place in the DPM.
