Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences

The Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences comprises nine schools and six centres not within schools. The Dental School functions as a school within the Faculty.

The Dean is Professor Ian Puddey who took up his appointment on 1 January 2005.

Professor Puddey is supported in his leadership role by a Deputy Dean, three Associate Deans and nine Heads of School.

All Associate Deans, along with other Faculty members, ensure links are maintained with the wider University community through membership of central governing boards and committees.
