The database can be viewed using several navigation tabs.

The Search tab displays the following criteria for a search although it is advisable to consult the course or unit maps, in the first instance, to find the information you require:
Date range

Choose either Current records only or to Include historical records.
Course

Choose the course you are enrolled in.
Theme

Choose to display all themes or individual themes.
Strand

Select a Strand.
Year/Level

Select Year/Levels.
Unit

Select Unit/s.
Generic Outcomes

Limit search to selected Generic Outcome/s.
Thesaurus terms
Alternatively, thesaurus terms can be selected. The top level level terms for the thesaurus follow internationaly accepted Medical Subject Headings (MeSH). Once you click on a top level term, you can choose a sub-term by checking the box next to it.

Display results
Decide how to display the Results. Tick the box to Display the Outcomes Search Terms in Results. Choose to display the results by Course and Year or by Faculty Generic Outcome or Both. The default is Both.

Lastly click on the Search button to perform your search. To perform another search click Clear and then choose your criteria.
The results may take a few minutes to display as it is looking through all the outcomes in the courses.
