Graduate outcomes
An outcomes based approach to education (OBE) means:
The curriculum, course design, content and teaching methods, are based on the identification of knowledge, skills and values the graduate will attain by the end of their course.
Much of this knowledge and ability will be specific to the course of study but much will also focus on generic attributes of abilities to reflect reasonably, research and communicate effectively.
