Printing costs 10 cents per page and you can  buy printing credit from reception at the Faculty office.

You can check your printing credit by double-clicking the dollar sign in the bottom-right corner of your computer screen.

Printing help

• Printers can only process documents less than 20 MB in size and no more than 50 pages.
• If you are printing a PDF document from webCT and the size of the PDF file exceeds the 20 MB limit, the document may not print. You can avoid this by printing the document in small batches of five to ten pages at a time.
• Sometimes when you print a document, the printer displays 'manual output feed'. This happens if 'manual duplexing' was chosen when printing the document. It requires tray 1 to be used. To continue printing, cancel by pressing 'stop' and then select 'cancel current job' in the printer control panel.
• Printing may be delayed depending on the number of jobs in the print queue or if the printer has a paper jam.
