It is your responsibility to check when and where your exams are held by logging on to your studentConnect account and checking your timetable.

The timetable of exams is published online several weeks in advance in studentConnect and is also available on noticeboards outside Student Administration (Hackett Hall).
Dates of the official examination periods are published several years in advance on the Student Administration website. You must take these into account when planning absences from the University. You are not allowed to reschedule your exams to accommodate holidays, work experience, family weddings and so on.
It is your responsibility to check the exam timetable and find out the date, time and location of each exam, including any potential scheduling clashes.
If you have an exam timetable scheduling clash, immediately email the Student Administration Examination Office or telephone (+61 8) 6488 4675.
You must notify the Faculty office and provide an explanation for not attending. If possible, do this before the exam you are scheduled to sit, or at the latest, no more than three days after the scheduled time. The Faculty normally only approves a deferred exam for medical reasons, supported by a detailed letter from a medical practitioner, or for compassionate reasons (in particular, a death in your close family).
You must report immediately to the Manager of Student Administration at Hackett Hall and then to the Sub Dean (Health Science) or the Manager (Student Affairs) in the Faculty, to provide an explanation for not attending. In exceptional circumstances, you may still be able to sit the exam within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
