The Faculty is strongly focused on providing a rich and rewarding learning experience, and has identified three key objectives to do this:

Objective OneEnhance the student experience

Emphasis on improving the student experience is facilitated by the Education Centre, which has been established to ensure the highest quality teaching and learning outcomes.

Objective TwoImprove teaching quality

Emphasis is on improving teaching quality with initiatives like Peer Observation of Teaching, talking about Teaching Seminars series, postgradute courses in Health Professional Education and  the Teaching on the Run development program.

We are establishing a teaching and learning culture where the best lecturers receive recognition through grants and awards for excellence in teaching.

Building on our research strength to ensure students are aware of and excited by Faculty staff research activities.
